Gallura rugs are made entirely by hand in Aggius, a small medieval village in the northern part of Sardinia. Inspired by the allure of its surroundings and the rich heritage of Sardinian crafts, Gallura’s two weaving ateliers have been carefully and passionately designed with care for the smallest detail to ensure not only a safe and high-quality work environment for the skilled artisans, but also to embody a sense of tradition, authenticity and beauty. Patterns and textures connect with the natural elements found on the island. Wool, cotton, linen, cashmere, silk and alpaca fibers are curated without compromise, sourced, and processed in Italy.
